1 vote RigidTech September 30, 2011 I have had terrible TV since we moved in here in 1980. The cable system in our area is junk. The TV is almost unwatchable.

Recently, around September 6, 2011, I called to have them come up and attempt to repair again due to the fact that our handicapped son was to be home and he is the one that watches the cable.

It is now September 29, and I just called to have our worthless service disconnected. The receptionist said that the repair man had come by twice to look at it, but that I was not home. A common courtesy call was all that would have been needed to assure my being present.

I find this company, and all the others preceding it in Kemmerer to be totally unresponsive to the needs of its customers and advise any and all who are contemplating connecting to their service not to, but instead go with a satellite system.
