1 vote Dell December 8, 2009 Dell has the worst customer service! There is no reason I should have to wait 30 minutes on hold over the phone to talk to someone about my order.

There is also no reason I should be transferred to a call center in India and talk to someone who cannot understand me and I cannot understand them!

Get your act together Dell! I know it's cheaper for you to hire less employees and outsource your call center to India, but your customers don't appreciate it.
