I went to firestone the other day to get my car service. Although the employees were knowledgeable, they were a little dishonest about having my car done. They assured me the car would be done within the hour. After about 2h 30m they called me and said the car would be done in 10 minutes. I waited 20 before I headed down there. When I got there, they said, "Oh, you're car isn't quite done. Let me go tell the guy to thrown in your air filter." Fifteen minutes later someone came out with my old air filter and said, "Here's your old filter - see how dirty it was? Now I just need to switch out your oil and you're good to go." Ten minutes after that they called me to the counter to pay. When I asked for my keys the cashier said they were going to pull my car around front. I went outside to wait in the 10 degree weather. I looked into the garage and saw my car up on the lift. After another ten minutes the guy finally lowered my car and pulled it around. Frustrating. I probably won't be going back there any time soon!
