1 vote Microsoft October 22, 2009 I pre-ordered Windows 7 back in June 2009 that was four months ago and in this past week got a email from Microsoft online store that I needed to update my billing information after Microsoft already had my credit card info back in june, So after spending an hour and half on hold I finally got threw and the sales rep cancelled my previous ordered I had back i june and made a new order the next day launch day oct 22 2009 my order was delayed and 9 hours later it finally was getting processed even after I pre-ordered it back in June Microsoft customer service sucks big time and I will never pre-orderd anything from them again next time I'm just going to pick it up at the store so I don't have to deal with this shit - Guest
