Nordstrom has the best customer service in the industry. Every company in the market place should take a course from Nordstrom on customer service. The customer is always right even though obviously the customer is not always right, Nordstrom makes each customer feel valued. Everytime I have an interaction with Nordstrom, I can't wait to come back and spend more money.( By the way their quality is terrific too.)
