Apple has such good customer service! We just went in there to buy a new laptop and they immediately greeted us at the door. The salesperson wasn't too pushy but stayed close by in case we needed to ask him a question. Even though the prices are quite a bit more than PCs with comparable hardware, it is worth it to have good customer service. I have shopped with companies like Dell and HP before, but they just don't cut it.
