Office Max

Office Max has really gone downhill lately, especially with the large movement of online shopping. The two locations nearest to me are practically empty most of the time and the personnel are usually less than helpful. If I can even find someone in there, I'm in luck. I just can't believe that stores like this are still able to stay in business! How are they making money while paying the rent and property taxes?
