I ordered 2 really cute dresses online from Wetseal. I found it strange that I didn't receive them after 2 to 3 weeks. I called the company who kept saying my order was on its way. Weeks went by and still nothing and they had already charged my card. I called the company and demanded to talk to someone who was in management. It turns out they sent it to my but typed the address wrong. Therefore the package was sent back to them. When they realized it was their error they didn't even apologize. I requested they resend me the dresses with the right address and they said that was impossible. In the end I had no apology and no dresses. They also took forever to refund my order. For some reason they can't fix their own mistakes. Beware of purchasing online with them. Going to the store is a much safer bet.
