My wife and I have been customers for decades, but only really started using the bank a few years ago. Their customer support is ok, but try to do anything above and beyond the norm and they are horrible......
Mortgage application a few years back completely fumbled. Recenct call from me about a refinance.....oh all their mortgage guys are out of the office today (that was the Friday before Labor day)....
Want to deposit a check over $5000....you get a 3 day local hold.
The straw that broke the camel's back was today. I tried to deposit a CASHIER'S CHECK for once again more than $5000. I specifically got a CASHIER's CHECK to avoid them holding on to my money for days and days.....and guess what they put a LOCAL HOLD on my cash. The teller spoke with his manager and talked him into making some of it available today. Thanks alot. I hope the IRS understands when the check I sent them bounces.
