Just had a great customer service experience with US Airways. Accidentally booked a 6:30pm flight instead of a 6:30am flight, via a third party. Called US Airways. They changed the flight (which, apparently, involved calling the third party and haggling with them) without any additional fees--only the $16 in fare difference--from US Airways and no service charge from the third party.
I have to say I was almost dumbfounded. I've not always had great experiences with airlines over the phone, and certainly not flight changes that involved no additional fees.
