THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS BUT IT WONT LET ME DO THAT/ Verizon has BY FAR the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Their phone system is ridiculous. When our internet goes down we have to wait more then 9 hours to get it back up and running again. It took 9 hours, 21 phone calls, 9 transfers and 4 transfer disconnects YESTERDAY for them to figure out the problem. When they promised us a call back it took more then 2 hours for them to call the wrong number. NOT the number we had given them to call back. I have dealt with arrogant, rude, cocky techs. I am surprised they can get away with what they get away with. I REALLY WISH Time Warner or ANYONE else could offer us a business account because right now we are STUCK with Verizon and I am sick and tired of them.

I agree, we have had issue after issue with them. They are very rude on the phone and can never get you to the correct department. I have called in and asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they were ALL in a meeting. Yeah right. More people need to step up and complain about them and their horrible phone system. We have also had very arrogant service techs come to the house to fix things. One guy came and made a huge mess and said he would be right back, had to grab something. 2 hours later he came back smelling like onions and cigarettes. He didn't even finish the job he came to do.
