HP is a joke. Just because my warranty is over they won't even help me over the phone. They are trying to charge me! Do not buy an HP...nothing but problems!

Yeah, I had the same problem. I was actually trying to get the problem fixed BEFORE my warranty was up but it took so long that it expired before the problem was fixed. They wouldn't even talk to me without charging me.
