1 vote US Airways September 9, 2009 Rude with a capital R!

I called to try to change my seat on the second leg of a early am flight. I had previously checked in and was given only ONE choice for a seat at that time pretty much the worst seat on the plane. The woman the other end of the phone was more interested in saying good by to her friends then to addressing my issue of trying to change my seat.

When she did finally get around to helping me it was obvious she was annoyed with having to deal with me, she was unclear as to the companies policy, didn't know what she could and couldn't do to help, had no manners, was unfriendly and hustled me off the phone with contempt.

why even have customer service if its going to be THAT bad.
