1 vote Asurion September 7, 2009 Online application for replacement phone couldn't be completed due to one question answered wrong. (Question was answered correctly, just didn't match their database).

Told to print, fax and in 24 hrs all would be good.

Printed, completed, faxed - no response for 48 hrs.

Called, waited on hold 20 minutes, told no record of fax - resend.

Faxed within 5 minutes of call - no response. Called again in 24 hrs - told never received.

Faxed and called again - told they would get back to me in 24 hrs.

No response, no call, nothing. Three days later, call on cell phone says go online and www.asurion.com will have the update.

Go online - after putting in record # and other info directed to page stating I need to print and fax in my claim.

Auuughhhh!!!
