Alienware

I purchased several computers from Alienware that were supposed to be top notch. Both PC's have had to be sent back, one numerous times, they kept them for about a week, with a week shipping each way, for three weeks total EVERY time I had to ship it back for service. They never resolved the warranty issues. They swapped out hardware and gave me something different. For instance, when I Sent my laptop in for service it had an nVidia graphics card in it, when it was returned it had an ATI. They instructed me to try to fix it on my own with help over the phone and a piece of the graphics card broke off - they refused to fix it. Now that it is out of warranty, the $4000 machine is completely unusable and they told me that's just too bad, because it is out of warranty. Overall the quality of both PC's was very low, substandard stuff that cost a pretty penny. I would avoid them at all costs.
