Newegg is the best! I do a lot of computer/electronics purchasing and never buy from anyone else. After doing a lot of price comparing etc. I realized that newegg almost always has the lowest prices.
Most importantly though is their customer service. Since electronics are so prone to failure this is really important. I have bought a lot of stuff that has gone bad, especially ram and hard drives. All you have to do on newegg is log into your account, click on order history, and select which product failed. From there you give a brief explanation of what happened and immediately they give you a shipping label to send the item back.
They always ship on time and most of the time it is free 3 day shipping from UPS.
Even though they don't always have the lowest price (but most of the time they do) I do all my shopping with them because of the ease of ordering/returning/etc. - Guest
