These guys are horrible! Since their internet is constantly going down, I have entered their customer service number into my speed dial. Whenever the internet isn't working for more than about ten minutes, and after I have verified that the problem is not on my end, I give them a call to find out what the deal is.
Most of the time the phone rings and rings and never gets picked up. When they do answer, a very unprofessional college student usually answers. They can usually solve the problem quite quickly, however. They used to have an answering machine set up so you could leave a message and they would get back to you. After leaving around five messages, I can tell you that they don't get back. Maybe that's why they got rid of the machine.
The professionalism is apparent in every aspect of the company, including the customer service. I wouldn't be using them if it weren't forced upon me by my apartment complex! - Guest
