2 votes Chili's August 4, 2009 Chili's has horrible customer service. The last several times I have been there to get food "to go" they have screwed up my order. Last time, they didn't cook my fajitas at all (the onions and peppers were still cold and raw) and forgot to include the tortillas. My wife's order wasn't even close to what she ordered. I didn't notice until I got home. By then, it was too late to go back to the restaurant to talk to them about it so I decided to call and let them know what happened. I didn't want anything in return but just thought they would like to know so they could prevent it from happening again. Immediately, the worker on the phone went on the defensive and said, "Well, I was the one who took your order and I know it was right!" I said, "and I'm telling you it wasn't right." He followed up with, "Yeah, it was. You ordered..." and proceeded to tell us different items than we received or ordered. When I told him, he didn't apologize or anything. I at least expected him to offer us a free desert or something like most restaurants do. I really like Chili's food when they get it right. Now, I avoid Chili's. - Guest
