"Switched from Dish Network (big mistake) to DirecTV. Rep on phone said he'd take care of the rebate paperwork and he set me up with password, etc, and we'd also get a $75 Amazon gift card for joining.
Got first bill - no rebate. Called "our reps aren't allowed to set those up. There is no Amaz..."
